We signed a lease today and we are thrilled! The ad for this town-home went up yesterday evening and we were persistent about seeing it this morning and it paid off. It is certainly a lot of bang for our buck compared to other places we saw. Amenities include two car garage, neighborhood pool, clubhouse and fitness room, big pantry, big master bedroom closet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. We love the backyard and it backs up to a pasture with horses (which the girls will love). The best part is that it's very close (5 minutes) to Braden's job which will help function with only one car.

Oh my heavens!! Now that i have looked at the pictures I can see even more why you guys liked this place so much. I would have seen the kitchen and signed the dotted line! :) Can't wait to have all kinds of fun hanging out at your new place!
