A year ago Braden and I went to Tucson to see some friends (and check out U of A). My good friend, Lili, told me it was almost always sunny there. In fact, her daughter notices if there is a single cloud in the sky because it is so rare to have a cloud. (sigh.) On two different occasions Sophia has told me it is "bright out(!)" although there isn't even a patch of blue sky to be seen. Yesterday was one of them. Here is the sky right after she said that. Maybe it was the lack of dark rain clouds that deceived her.

I remember while living in Washington, that Logan always wanted his sunglasses on because, "shunshine hurt eyes". I wondered WHAT sunshine!
