Two posts in one week! It's a miracle! The real miracle is that Soph has started napping again- almost daily. She boycotted naps for a long time and has been having quiet time (AKA destroy her room time) but today she went right to sleep. I love her to death but it is so wonderful to have some me time.
We had a great Halloween weekend. A church on campus had a Fall Fair on Saturday. The highlight was the free pony rides. They had crafts, treats, a walk through the forest, and story time.

I love this picture!
They also had face painting. Soph got a lady bug since that is what she was going to be for Halloween.
Sunday night we carved a pumpkin. Soph helped decide what the features looked like.

Isn't Braden handsome? You might have noticed he got a haircut since our trip to Victoria.

The finished product, lit up by Braden's phone. Don't worry- it was in a plastic bag.
Our ladybugs! My friend let me borrow the costumes her girls used last year (bless her heart). I had already decided to have them be ladybugs because Soph has a book about a girl named Lulu who goes by Ladybug Girl when she is being brave. It's pretty cute and Soph liked the idea of being a ladybug.
The saddest part was that Braden had a class Monday night and missed out on Trick or Treating. It was pretty fun to go with Soph. She thought getting candy was pretty awesome. Here is a video of her carving the pumpkin and her report on Trick or Treating:

Your girls made the cutest little ladybugs for Halloween! Looks like Soph got quite a collection of candy. I was amazed that she wasn't opening everything at once. That's what Cam would be done if it was all in front of him. haha.
